    All rates for our fitness coaching services are subject to change. Sessions for personal training are non-refundable and must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Pricing reflects individual coaching services only, and additional fees may apply for travel to locations more than 10 miles from the base location in San Bruno, CA. This includes our senior fitness and strength training programs, so please consult directly for the most up-to-date information.
